• By purchasing any reading product or service you agree you are aged 18 years or over.

• As per UK law, I am obliged to state that all readings are for entertainment purposes only. 

• Readings are offered on a strictly no-refund basis.

• All live reading appointments must be attended on time. It is your responsibly to be ready to chat at your selected booking time. If you are late your time will begin from your chosen booking time.

• Your appointment will end at the stated time of booking unless you choose to extend the reading.

• Any additional time to live readings will be billed via PayPal and must be paid within 24 hours. If this is not done an additional £10 admin fee will be charged.

• By booking or purchasing any and all products or services from "Us" Ascension Transmissions, "You" (the buyer) * accept full responsibility for all actions taken following the engagement with, purchase of or use of any of the site content, products or or services provided by Ascension Transmissions, and accept that you fully indemnify Ascension Transmissions from any claims, legal fees, liability, loss or damages, (including, without limitation, physical, mental, spiritual, indirect, incidental or consequential) and or costs following the booking or purchasing any and all services or products from this site or engagement with content on the site ascension-transmissions.com and the affiliated social media channels, including those provided by third parties, employees of, affiliates and associate of Ascension Transmissions

• * "We" are not liable for any and all action taken by "You" following any information, insight or guidance shared on the site or Social Media Channels run by "Us" or in a one to one session, digital download or online course.

• No information in readings must be misconstrued as legal, financial or medical advice. Any reading request on these subject matters will be refused and refunded.

• No outcomes can be guaranteed related to any other party as each individual has free will. You accept that readings are predictive only.

• Healing services are offered with only pure intention. You accept all responsibility for checking with medical professionals before undertaking energy healing. energy healing meditations may bring up emotions and cause energetic movement but this is designed to free you. from that holds you back.

• Any and all healing done on behalf of a third party, soul mate or twin flame is done by seeking permission from their higher self, they maintain free will and can choose to act on the energy changes. 3D union or approach by them is not guaranteed by this healing.

• I reserve the right to refuse and refund any booking for any reason.

• If I am unable to clearly connect, I will inform you of that and provide the option to have a reading at an alternative time or offer a refund.

• I will always be honest with you about what i see in your readings, but will deliver information to the best of my ability in a sensitive manner.

• I will always charge a fair price and will not deliver false information to solicit further work for myself or other readers /professionals.

• I will do my upmost to provide a safe and positive space in my online community.

• All are welcome for readings, I will never discriminate based on race, religion, age, gender / gender identity or sexual orientation.

• While I may make some suggestions of tools or practices to help you on your journey you are under no obligation to use them and take full responsibility for your own wellbeing if you do.

• As your reader I expect you to take full responsibility for your life and your decisions. I cannot and will not tell you what to do, but simply show you what I see to help you make informed decisions. You must take responsibility for your actions. 

•  I am not a medical professional or a therapist/counsellor. I will always suggest further external support if I feel it is necessary or that you are in a vulnerable place.

• I cannot answer questions related to pregnancy, medical or health. Any request to do so will be immediately refunded.

• All client information is stored in a secure manner in line with Data protection requirements in my region and details of readings will be treated in strict confidence.
