• Terms of Service

• The following terms and conditions, together with any documents and/or additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute a binding legal agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) entered into by and between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Ascension Transmissions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

• By purchasing or booking any reading, product, or service through Ascension Transmissions, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• 1. Nature of Services

• All readings, services, and content are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not to be construed as financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Any requests pertaining to such subjects will be refused and, where applicable, refunded.

• All readings and services are provided on a no-refund basis, unless otherwise expressly stated by the Company.

• 2. Bookings, Timing, and Payments

• All live reading appointments must commence at the scheduled time. It is your responsibility to be ready at the selected time. Late arrivals will not extend the session; time begins at the scheduled booking. Sessions will conclude at the scheduled end time unless additional time is requested.

• Additional time for live readings will be billed via PayPal and must be paid in full within twenty-four (24) hours of the invoice. The charge for additional time is £1.60 per minute. Failure to remit payment within this period may incur an administration fee. Any unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services and the initiation of standard debt recovery procedures, including follow-up on small outstanding balances.

• 3. User Responsibility for Usage and Expenditure

• You are solely responsible for your engagement with all services, readings, content, and products offered by Ascension Transmissions, including the frequency, duration, and manner in which you book or use such services.

• You accept full responsibility for all financial obligations incurred as a result of your use, including session fees, purchases of products or digital content, and any additional charges. Ascension Transmissions shall bear no liability for dissatisfaction, overspending, or consequences arising from your usage or financial decisions.

• 4. Healing and Energy Work

• Healing services are offered with intention only and do not replace professional healthcare, advice, or treatment. You are solely responsible for consulting qualified professionals prior to engaging in any complementary or energy work.

• Energy healing services may produce emotional or energetic effects. All such effects are part of the intended process and are your responsibility. Any healing undertaken for you or on behalf of a third party, including soul mates or twin flames, requires permission from the recipient’s higher self, and no physical, emotional, or relational outcome is guaranteed.

• 5. No Guarantees; Indemnity

• All readings and services are predictive in nature. No outcomes, results, or actions by any third party are guaranteed.

• By engaging with this website, any products or services, including any external social media channels you accept full responsibility for all actions, decisions, or outcomes arising from their use. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ascension Transmissions, its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of any content, products, or services, including third-party content.

• 6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascension Transmissions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of services, readings, products, content, or energy work.

• You fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless Ascension Transmissions from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or causes of action of any kind—whether actual or alleged, direct or indirect—arising from or related to unmet expectations, perceived lack of effectiveness, or the absence of a desired or anticipated outcome in relation to all products and services provided by us.

• Responsibility for expectations, interpretations, and any actions taken following the service rests solely with you, and you agree that Ascension Transmissions shall not be held accountable in any manner for results not aligning with personal hopes, assumptions, or preferences.

• You acknowledge and agree that Ascension Transmissions services are provided in good faith but are provided without any promise, assurance, or guarantee of a particular result or outcome. No specific change, reconciliation, communication, emotional shift, physical effect, or life circumstance is stated, implied, or warranted, particularly where outcomes depend upon the choices, actions, or free will of any third party.

• By booking, purchasing, or participating in these services, you expressly accept that all individuals retain full autonomy and free will, and that Ascension Transmissions cannot influence, compel, or override the decisions, behaviors, or inner processes of any other person.

• 7. Right to Refuse or Cancel Services

• The Company reserves the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or refund any booking, session, or service at its sole discretion.

• I will always work with integrity and compassion.

• I will always provide a reading to the very best of my ability.

• If I am unable to clearly connect, I will inform you of that and provide the option to have a reading at an alternative time or offer a refund.

• I will always be honest with you about what i see in your readings, but will deliver information to the best of my ability in a sensitive manner.

• I will always charge a fair price and will not deliver false information to solicit further work for myself or other readers /professionals.

• I will do my upmost to provide a safe and positive space in my online community.

• All are welcome for readings, I will never discriminate based on race, religion, age, gender / gender identity or sexual orientation.

• While I may make some suggestions of tools or practices to help you on your journey you are under no obligation to use them and take full responsibility for your own wellbeing if you do.

• As your reader I expect you to take full responsibility for your life and your decisions. I cannot and will not tell you what to do, but simply show you what I see to help you make informed decisions. You must take responsibility for your actions. 

•  I am not a medical professional or a therapist/counsellor. I will always suggest further external support if I feel it is necessary or that you are in a vulnerable place.

• I cannot answer questions related to pregnancy, medical or health. Any request to do so will be immediately refunded.

• All client information is stored in a secure manner in line with Data protection requirements in my region and details of readings will be treated in strict confidence.
